Build resilience without burnout.

Strength training is the latest buzz, and for good reason. Our pump class is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, fit, and build resilience. Using light to moderate barbell weights, set to all your favourite tunes!

Join us on Tuesdays 6.30pm and Saturdays 9.30am
