Food Sensitivity Testing Package

  • Understand How Food May Be Impacting Your Health

Food sensitivities can contribute to a wide range of symptoms including digestive discomfort, bloating, fatigue, headaches, skin concerns, inflammation and brain fog.

Unlike food allergies, food sensitivities can be more subtle and may not produce immediate symptoms, making them difficult to identify without testing.

Our Food Sensitivity Testing Package combines advanced testing with professional interpretation and personalised support to help you understand your results and create a practical plan moving forward.

  • Who Is This Suitable For?

You may benefit from testing if you experience:

    • Bloating

    • IBS symptoms

    • Digestive discomfort

    • Skin conditions

    • Fatigue

    • Brain fog

    • Migraines

    • Joint pain

    • Inflammation

    • Unexplained symptoms

  • Why should I do a Test?

    Help reduce symptoms quickly.

Many people experience an improvement in symptoms and health after changing their diet based on their test results. Like any diagnostic test, the test will only produce meaningful results if you are experiencing IgG-mediated food sensitivity symptoms. Some symptoms of food sensitivity may be due to other health issues and it is important to see your doctor to rule these out.

The efficacy of a diet based upon the measurement of IgG antibodies specific for food components has been demonstrated in a number of conditions, both in independent studies and clinical practice. Excellent results have been obtained particularly in those with IBS, migraine and obesity.

Our food sensitivity test helps to identify potential ‘problem’ foods by detecting food-specific IgG antibodies in your blood. Using these results as a guide, we can provide advice on how to adjust and plan appropriate dietary and lifestyle changes.

  • What is the Test?

The food sensitivity test is a comprehensive and highly sensitive blood test for food-specific IgG antibodies, which can be associated with food sensitivity. A finger prick sample is all that is required and we will have your results within 7 days, empowering you to take immediate control of your health.

As part of your food sensitivity nutritional support, based on your results, is provided to guide you with making appropriate dietary adjustments. We will work with you to create a diet which eliminates your ‘inflammatory’ foods, offer healthy alternatives and guide you on how to successfully re-introduce foods after an elimination period.

Typically, a customised diet will be followed for around 3-months to allow the symptoms to subside and give the body time to recover.
